At Cubeeland, we want every customer to receive safe, complete, and high-quality products. Since we sell boxed toys and children’s products, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair to customers while protecting product safety, hygiene, and resale quality.

Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for the request.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product, we may accept a return or exchange only if the item is:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In its original sealed product box
  • Complete with all parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Supported by proof of purchase

Opened toys or children’s products cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons due to hygiene, safety, and resale-quality concerns.

Damaged, Defective, Missing-Part, or Wrong Item

If your item is damaged, defective, incomplete, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review the case, please send:

  • Your order number
  • A clear unboxing video
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Photos of the product box and outer delivery packaging
  • A short explanation of the problem

Opening the box for inspection will not cancel your right to contact us about a genuine issue.

Important Video Requirement

For damaged, defective, missing-part, or wrong-item claims, a clear unboxing video is required.

The video should start before the parcel is opened and should show the product being opened for the first time. The video must be continuous, without cuts, pauses, or edits.

Without a proper unboxing video, Cubeeland may not be able to approve a return, exchange, replacement, or refund for these claims.

Return Packing Video

For approved returns or exchanges, Cubeeland may request a short return-packing video before the item is handed over for return delivery.

This video should show the product, all parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging being packed for return.

This helps confirm that the item is returned complete and in the same condition as approved.

Review and Resolution

After reviewing the case, Cubeeland may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Missing-part support, if available
  • Repair support, if applicable
  • Refund, if replacement or exchange is not possible

All returned products will be inspected after we receive them.

Cubeeland reserves the right to reject a return if the product is used, damaged after delivery, missing parts, missing packaging, or not in a condition suitable for return.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return delivery charges and any re-delivery charges.

If the return is due to a confirmed damaged, defective, incomplete, or wrong item, Cubeeland will cover the return or replacement delivery cost.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened toys or children’s products for change-of-mind reasons
  • Used products
  • Products damaged after delivery by the customer
  • Products with missing parts or packaging, unless reported within 48 hours
  • Products without required video proof for damage, defect, missing-part, or wrong-item claims
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items, unless defective or wrong item
  • Gift cards, if applicable

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed by bank transfer, cash refund, or another agreed method.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may cancel it and process a refund.

If the order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a return request under this policy.
