If a customer repeatedly refuses delivery, provides incorrect contact details, fails to respond, or fails to complete payment, Cubeeland may refuse future Cash on Delivery orders from that customer.

Delivery times shown on our website or communicated by our team are estimates only.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the expected timeframe. However, delays may occur due to courier issues, customer availability, incorrect address details, weather, public holidays, operational issues, or events outside our control.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

If delivery fails because of incorrect information, customer unavailability, refusal to receive the order, or failure to make payment, additional delivery charges may apply.

Risk in the product normally passes to the customer once the product has been delivered to the customer or the customer’s authorised recipient.

Because Cubeeland sells boxed toys and children’s products, opened product boxes may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
