This Shipping Policy explains how we process, deliver, and handle orders placed through our online store.

1. Delivery Area

Cubeeland currently delivers within Qatar.

If delivery to a specific area is not available or requires additional coordination, our team may contact you after your order is placed.

2. Delivery Charges

We offer free delivery on orders above QAR 100.

For orders of below 100, a delivery charge may apply and will be shown at checkout or confirmed before delivery.

The order value for free delivery is calculated based on the product total after discounts and before any delivery charges, unless stated otherwise during a promotion.

3. Delivery Time

We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed and confirmed before 12:00 PM may be delivered on the same day, subject to product availability, delivery location, courier capacity, and successful customer confirmation.

Orders placed or confirmed after 12:00 PM will usually be delivered on the next day.

Delivery times are estimates and may change due to unexpected circumstances.

4. Unexpected Delays

Although we do our best to deliver on time, delays may happen due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier or delivery partner delays

  • High order volume

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Road closures or traffic issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Product availability issues

  • Technical or operational issues

If there is a delay, we will try to update you as soon as possible.

5. Order Confirmation

After you place an order, we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to confirm your order, delivery address, payment method, or delivery timing.

Please make sure the contact details you provide are correct and reachable.

If we are unable to contact you or confirm your order, delivery may be delayed or cancelled.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please include clear details such as building number, street number, zone, apartment or villa number, landmark, and mobile number.

Cubeeland is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable delivery information.

7. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, refuses the order, provides incorrect information, or does not respond to delivery calls or messages, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

For Cash on Delivery orders, repeated refusal, non-response, or failed delivery may result in Cubeeland refusing future Cash on Delivery orders from the customer.

8. Cash on Delivery Orders

If Cash on Delivery is available and selected, the customer must pay the full order amount at the time of delivery.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

9. Damaged or Wrong Items During Delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If the item is damaged, defective, incomplete, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within the timeframe stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

To help us review the issue quickly, please send your order number, clear photos or videos of the item, product box, and outer delivery packaging where applicable.

10. Order Cancellation Before Delivery

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been packed, dispatched, or handed over for delivery, we may be able to cancel it.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the order may be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
